Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Unchaos Living platform (the “Platform”), operated by Unchaos Living (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By requesting an invite, creating an account, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Who can use Unchaos Living

The Platform is open exclusively to mental health practitioners, including therapists, counsellors, psychologists, clinical psychologists, clinical social workers, students, and trainees. You must be at least 18 years old.

By registering, you confirm that you are a practitioner or trainee as described above. We verify every account. You agree to provide accurate professional credentials when requested. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

2. Accounts and access

Access is invite-only. You may request an invite via the form on our website. We reserve the right to decline any request without providing a reason.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@unchaosliving.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not share your account with anyone else or allow others to access the Platform through your credentials.

3. Membership and billing

Membership is offered on a monthly (€19.99/month) or annual (€220/year) basis. New accounts include a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, your chosen plan will be billed automatically unless you cancel.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

4. Community standards

Unchaos Living is a professional peer community. You agree to:

• Engage respectfully and professionally with other members at all times.
• Keep confidential any personal information shared by other members inside circles or pods.
• Not record sessions, meetings, or any content shared within the Platform without explicit consent from all participants.
• Not use the Platform to solicit clients, promote services, or conduct commercial activity.
• Not share, reproduce, or distribute content from within the Platform outside of it.
• Not post, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful.

Unchaos Living is not a crisis service and is not intended for use by people seeking therapeutic support. If you are in distress, please contact a relevant local service or emergency number.

5. Hosting circles and pods

Members may create and host Peer Pods and Drop-in Circles, subject to review and approval by Unchaos Living. As a host, you are responsible for managing your group appropriately, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring the space is safe and professional.

We reserve the right to decline, pause, or remove any circle or pod that does not meet our community standards, without notice.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform outside of member-generated content (including design, copy, and software) is owned by or licensed to Unchaos Living. You may not reproduce, copy, or use it without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you post or share on the Platform. By posting content, you grant Unchaos Living a limited, non-exclusive licence to display that content within the Platform for the purposes of operating the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these terms, engaged in conduct that harms other members or the community, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Where possible, we will give you notice and an opportunity to respond.

You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Unchaos Living is a peer community platform. We are not responsible for advice, information, or content shared between members. Members engage with each other at their own discretion.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the country in which Unchaos Living is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
