Who can join Unchaos Living?+
Mental health practitioners only. Therapists, counsellors, psychologists, clinical psychologists and clinical social workers, including students, trainees and people transitioning into the profession from another career. Every practitioner is verified. This is a space for peers, not for clients.
Why is it invite-only?+
Quality over volume. We onboard at a pace that lets us properly support every practitioner who joins, and review every new pod and circle before it goes live. This is how we keep the community worth being in. Any verified practitioner can request an invite and will receive one.
How long does an invite take?+
Fill in the request form and your invite link arrives by email within 24 to 48 hours. You will also hear from Ema, our founder, within your first two weeks, to hear how it is going and what you need next.
What is the difference between a Peer Pod and a Drop-in Circle?+
A Peer Pod is a recurring group meeting weekly, fortnightly or monthly with the same people, for a set duration. You apply, and the host approves on fit and capacity. A Drop-in Circle is a topic-based session, one-off or repeating, open by RSVP with no application. Circles are the lower-commitment way in, and often route you toward the pods that go deeper.
Am I assigned to a group?+
You browse and choose which pods interest you and request to join them, filtering by modality, career stage, topic and interest. You will be notified via email when the host approves your request.
Can I host my own pod or circle?+
Yes. Any member can create a Peer Pod or a Drop-in Circle and becomes its end-to-end owner: managing it, approving or declining requests, setting agendas and topics. Experience is not a requirement. Every new pod and circle is reviewed by us before it goes live. That is a quality check on the room, not a judgement on the practitioner.
What does it cost?+
€19.99 a month or €220 a year. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment required to get started. Membership includes joining and hosting unlimited pods and circles.
Where is it available?+
Pods meet online on video call through the platform, so what matters most is finding a cadence and a timezone that works for you before joining the group.
How is my data handled?+
